Where is Murrgo available?
We currently service the Davenport, FL area, but our community is rapidly growing. If you are interested in using our service and live in an unserved area, please contact us to be notified when new areas/services are added.

How do I get started with Murrgo?
Getting started is easy! First, contact us to set up a quick consultation call in which we will discuss your child’s transportation needs and get them registered.

What is the eligible age to use Murrgo?
We service school-aged children between the ages of 5 and 17 who are able to sit in a standard vehicle seat or a backless booster seat, as required by law.

What hours is the service available?
We provide rides from 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday, except major holidays. For a special request, please contact us for accommodation.
In addition, our support team is available 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday, or until the final ride is completed for the day, whichever is later.

What if my child requires a booster seat?
No problem! We provide booster seats at no extra charge. When you register, specify the need for a booster seat. Your booster request will automatically be included with all your future rides.

Will my child have the same driver each ride?
Yes, during registration, your child will be assigned to a specific route with a designated driver. If a change in driver is necessary, we will notify you in advance.

May I book a one-time ride?
We operate as a subscription-based service, where rides are pre-scheduled and recurring. This structure enables us to secure your child’s seat. One-time ride requests are only available if space permits. Contact us for availability; Our team will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

Will I be locked into a contract?
No, our service is month-to-month. There is no long-term commitment; you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with a 2-week written notice.

We offer affordable flat-rate rides starting at just $15 per trip! Plus, special discounts available for siblings traveling together.
